That unfriendliness is reflective of the State Police who regularly patrol the Mass Pike...lol..

But in truth when i think of the word pike I think of the unfortunate Phineas Gage who has become a legend in the Neuroscience’s

He was impaled through the head by a pike during an accident while packing explosive powder in Vermont. The pike or iron rod exited his skull, and landed several feet away.
He walked away from the incident and for a while became a celebrity, but eventually died from a series of seizures some 12 years later

But back to the subject at hand: weather
