Yeah, a lot of those shows are pretty funny. Half of it is retarded though. I mainly just like the stand up, these days. The hard part is, when youre stoned, those commercials suck. All commercials, that is. I feel like I'm having my intelligence insulted every time I see one (much worse when I'm stoned) because they're telling me I suck unless I buy their stupid product. Seriously, that's the message on most of them. You can really see through the bullshit when you're stoned, it's so obvious the way they try to manipulate our emotions and thinking with their ads. It tends to depress me. That's why I don't watch TV much anymore, and hardly listen to the radio (except at work, where I have no choice). All these people literally shouting at me, telling me I want or need this or that dumbass product. Some of the worst are the plastic surgery type ads: "Feel bad about yourself? Don't worry, it's just because you're ugly! Come to the surgery center and we'll fix you right up, you'll be happy then! We promise..." Sorry for the rant...

Have you noticed these days that commercial breaks keep getting longer and longer............years ago it would be a maximum of 2 commercials, these days ive noticed sometimes i sit there through a commercial break and its 5-6 minutes long!!!!! horrible....
Yeah I know it man. Not only that, but they have commercial breaks MORE OFTEN during a show. So, you suffer through 5 minutes of stupid commericials, then watch 4 minutes of your show, then it's a 5 minute commercial break again! It's been said that TV is just what keeps you there to watch the ads.
so very true, thats why i like adult swim on cartoon network. They have really good shows and only one commercial break!
i know what yall mean about commercials man, i cant even sit through a whole chappelle show cuz theres so many damn ads.
[Adult Swim] is the shit baked man....Comedy Central is a better station all together than Cartoon Network, but [Adult Swim] is the funnist shit on television.
