I'm a bit lost on that skinning animals part as well!!

First off, you can't just go around killing animals these days for food or otherwise.

Second, I also thought you spoke about being a vegetarian.

We like to stay/live on the road. We are currently off until March(and going crazy in the process) to take care of some legal issues and fix stuff up to go out again. We're originally from PA. We'll be at rainbow nationals and most likely having our wedding there, wanna come? lol We do mainly rainbow gatherings, I think we might follow a tour for a little but I don't know. Oh, btw... My name is Eryn, my b/f is Sundance and my kids are Croix and Noah so maybe we'll see ya out there. If so just say hi. We'd love to sit and chat awhile if we see ya out there. :)

right now a dodge conversion van with a small camper set up. We need to buy something bigger because its too crammed to drive two very small active childern around in for days. I would like to buy a bus hopefully before we head back out.

I envy you all who are actually living out of packs right now. My kids are too small for us to hike and live out of packs with right now. When they get older though we'd like to. Right now in the van there is room in the back for them to sit and play with toys so they don't cry the whole time which is nice, I hate to see them un-happy. I hate to be stuck in a van when we travel though... when we actually get to our destination I hate to go back in the van. Are all of you hitchiking? Or is anyone driving? What about people who go into the woods with their campers? Do you actually use that stuff when your out there? None of the camper gear in ours works except for the cabinets, lmao. Maybe we'll get stuff fixed one day. It would be nice to have water in the tank for the kids instead of having to stop to get them drinks.

Right now I'm still working, but in late June I'll be quitting to go to the Gathering. Then from there I will make my way home in my own way and time. I need a rest from the "real world" bleh...

wild child, i told my parents about a week ago that i was going to be living out of a pack and going to rainbow and all that stuff. i think one of the best things to do is not to ask them but to tell them. but if you have real dicks for parents that might not work unless your gonna stay on the road. peace.

eeek! what kind of advice is that? NEVER tell a parent your doing something if your underage... jeez, if my kids ever told me they were doing something, not asking they'd get a shitload of trouble. Half of showing the maturity and responsibility of doing grown up things is to ask and talk. Not demand. It may work for you but thats probably not the wisest way for most kids to go.
