Ok, I was at this writing seminar, and we randomly started talking about how someone in the government during one of Clinton's terms had this idea on how to lower the amount of teen pregnencies by going from high school to high school and teaching kids how to masturbate. Isn't that fuckin awesome!!! It never went anywhere, but still. . .isn't it?
Kids that don't know how to masturbate by high school surely wouldn't be having sex instead.. Whoever thought of that was quite the genious.
