whelp, I don't know who GOD is, but I'm pretty sure in music His best friend is probably Bono. And I'm sure Bob Marley is a saint. All the rest I'd say were just His prophets. (Is ozzy dead??)

 

There are a few theories. There is Bob Dylan or Jimi Hendrix because they are amazing, but, think about it like this. God is love, love is blind, stevie wonder is blind, stevie wonder is god!

Seeing as how nobody was able to do what Jimi did on guitar before him, and how people have only tried to immitate him and miserably fail while attempting to (with the exception of SRV), he is the God of All Music.

But I don't think SRV played his guitars upside down... or anybody else that made any kind of impact in music.

Bob Dylan could write... woopteedoo.. anybody can write, if they put time into it.
