So since I got a miniblender a few days ago I have been having one of these every morning. They are great.

One banana chopped, and about 300ml of milk. I add a spoon of strawberry jam too, and blend it all up. It's beautiful!

I failed in my effort due to lack of bananas. I wish I lived in Italy so I could go to the corner store and steal some.

what else tastes good is 1 banana, about 3-5 strawberries, 1 whole peach, and two scoops of ice cream all blended. Getting through with 3 out of the 5 needed fruits/veggies a day AND delicious!

don't know about the honey though. Dn't know if i like it! Plus I don't knw if i even have any. What else?? What about...instead of "honey" I use some creamy sweet syrup like they use on ice creams. What flavor am I thinking of?

    (hint: not chocolate)

You know what's good together? Take a nicely ripe banana, peel, cut into chunks and freeze overnight in a freezer bag. In the morning, pour 1 cup of natural orange juice into the blender, toss in the frozen banana chunks, and add a handful of frozen strawberries. If you prefer smoothie of less thickness, you can do one of two things. Either not freeze the banana and just add it as is, or simply add more orange juice to thin the smoothie out. Very yummy!

Another good thing to do is throw in some pineapple, or, you could substitute the pineapple for the strawberries. Any way you do it is really good and keeps you going!

    Peace.
