I personally think this method is the best medtation method ever. i' ve got it from qin at www.xtrememind.com at this topic: http://www.xtrememind.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=1086 ok here the method: Listen to some moodlifting music with no lyrics (i always use beethoven.) Then breath deeply and follow your breath to your lungs. Then imagine a WARM WHITE LIGHT that goes into your heart chakra (its in the middle of your chest). focus on the white warm light and realize that this warm white light is love. after you've don this visualize all your cells in your body and send the white light all over it. (you can feel some light vibrations at this moment). now visualize that you're radiating love from all your cells to all directions, in the form of white light. after doing this for a week you will notice people smile more often to you and be nicer to you. You will notice that girls smile alot more to you. you can also focus your love on 1 person and visualise a white warm light string between you and the person you want to send your love and see it become thicker and thicker (meaning your relationship with the person will increade.) and after doing that a week or so you will notice that the person will become more intrested in you. and 1 last important thing: believe in it! dont doubt about if this is going to work, dont hope its gonna work, you must KNOW its gonna work. Good luck with love meditating love, Tim
oh yeah and before you get sceptic on this method first please try it... when you will see the results you will think different about it. and a good mp3 to listen to while doing this is deep mind ultra II its here : http://www.xtrememind.com/freeware.htm it uses brainwave technology (so it can lower you conciousness and really help your meditation) so you must listen to it with stereo headphones on a low volume. then when you start to get drowsy do the love meditating
