    I used a make-up bottle analysis once when I was younger. It slipped up and I was terrified I was going to have to tell my parents. I was eventually was able to push it out. But OMG was was stressful. FAIL

    Other fails: hmm...I have had some vibrator/dildos that were too hard and painful to use. FAIL. Some anal beads and plugs that I could not get up, and when I did I found they were not worth the effort. FAIL. Tried a blow up set doll once. They must be just for gag gifts OR I needed to spend more because for masturbation it was a FAIL.

    Vacuum: definitely tried but I could not fit so that ended quickly. FAIL.
