I spoke to my doctor about my being vegetarian, and I sometimes feel sluggish.

Before prescribing me some meds, she suggested the easiest and best thing to do was to have a multivitamin every morning for a month, and see if that works, and it did! So if you feel the same, take a multivitamin. It could be that you're short on your daily intake...

I just wanted to share that bit of info with my fellow plant huggers....

*duh*.. sorry.. just reread your post and realise it's not a question.. read it too fast.. hehe.. I'll just leave my original post here:

    ............
Could be a vitamin B thingie.. multivitamins will do the job or you can get a specific vitamin B complex (make sure B3 and B12 are in there).. also ehm.. what's it called in english.. here we call it 'iron'.. anyways.. that'll be in the multivitamin thing as well.

It is said that vegetarians miss 'taurine', but I'm not sure about that.. I've been a veggie for over 5 years now and still alive.. I had massive hairloss in the beginning but took some vitamines to easy into the new lifestyle and now only take them when there's a flu-epidemic or when I'm feeling blue.

Also, if it's a winter thingie make sure you get enough sunlight.. and maybe take some St. Johnsworth pills or tea..

    Good luck! *hug*
