I try to avoid all poses but I am learning to enjoy the benefits being elastic is a good thing health wise also helps prevent many athletics related injuries
Dancer's Pose. I feel pretty cool for being able to do it and it definitely yanks a few kinks out me' ole spine.
in yoga & meditation many poses but mine favorite pose shambhavi mahamudra this pose hard to doing but result is awesome.
I love handstands although I´m not very good at it. But it´s great how you have to engage a lot of your muscles and streighten yourself up. Also it needs a lot of focus to manage the balance and getting a feeling for your body. When I´m stressed and inbalanced I´m way worse than when I feel at peace with me so it gives you some great feedback over you aswell. And sometimes a change of perspective is just what you need to look different on some things
