It raises the question about the legal status of a president who potentially could be impeached while he was still in office but convicted in the Senate after his term had already ended.

 

Because you couldn’t even begin to understand the concept of circumstantial evidence which most suspects are tried

In 1994 a homeless man was shot to death by the police near the White House. He didn't make any attempt to trespass on White House grounds.

Compare the situation to the mayhem that occurred at the Capitol building on January 6.

"The armed homeless man who was shot on Tuesday by a Park Police officer outside the White House died tonight from his wounds.

The man, Marcelino Corniel, had brandished a knife before being hit by two bullets fired by the officer, whom the Park Police have declined to identify.

Merle Goldberg, an assistant director of public affairs at the George Washington University Medical Center, where Mr. Corniel was taken after the shooting, said he died of cardiac arrest at 9 P.M.

Some Trump supporters would say that the homeless man's death was caused by a preexisting heart condition, not the shooting.

 

I take it that your IQ is on par with Barnett’s. The average IQ in Arkansas is 20.
