peanuts and marijuana?

I heard that smoking that brown kind of paperish casing of a peanut under the shell has about the same effect as smoking marijuana. Is this true?

 

if it did id have a couple pounds of peanuts by my side right now. the shit in weed that gets u high is thc, as far as i know thc is only in the cannabis plant.

 

My boyfriend just declared how lame he is and how many things other than pot he's smoked. Peanut shells are one of them. And he said they didn't work.

Those "brown kinds of paperish casings" are called peanut skins. They don't get you high, but smoking them can cause throat irritation.

 

heh there is alot of things that people say get you high, probably alot of things you gotta smoke alot of to get high but really your probably just light headed from lack of oxygen heh
