I'm almost finished with your picture just have darkening to do on couch(i'm assuming that is whats behind you) and parts of the clothing, but basicaly finished. I told you i would be done with it tonight but it has been madness here so i wanted to at least show you what has been done!

hahaha yay! well im off to finish darkening you and crummies pic... its tough getting it really dark with my pencils, i should had used charcoal..

wow, you're really getting the shading thing. nice highlights.

one of my art teachers gave me a bit of advice once~~i had been drawing a solid outline around everything, but sometimes, there doesnt need to be a solid outline...the line can break and the eye of the viewer will carry it over. like on her cheek where the highlight on her cheek meets the highlight on the window sashing, you could let the outline of the cheek fade away to nothing and just leave the ~suggestion~ of a line there.

but, yeah, anyways... really nice work crystal! your proportions are bang on.

yeah it turned out great. Im actually impressed hahaha myself on her skin. I really wanted it smooth and flawless i think for the most part i got that.
