Yeah, lots of excercise usually get's my mind off whatever was bothering me, and it's less painful than a brick wall.
i got my blood sugars under control so that i dont lose it anymore. i was hypoglycemic for years and had no idea that i was... even now, when i start getting really moody, it's because i've been eating the wrong stuff (too many carbs, not enough protein) yeah, so i vote for change in diet!
You could always go out in nature and forage for berries or something, maybe take down a wild boar or something while you're at it, for some protein...
I'm sure you'd show up eventualy, probably all covered in mud with leaves and such tangled in your hair.. I bet the locals would speak warily of the wild lady of the woods..
I put some space between me and whatever's getting on my nerves. If I can't do it physically I'll do it mentally.
