Fine, then why hasn’t he released his taxes? Oh that’s right 4 years later he’s still being audited by the Evil IRS ..........lol....
This came up in the debates with Hillary, 4 years ago. If you remember, she had a go at him about not paying income tax, he fired back with a simple "that makes me smart" This isn't new information And Stormback used to crap on about how some how he'd be silly enough to have the money he paid the guy that paid Stormy on his tax return. Obviously nothing like that appeared, otherwise the NYT would have led with that Otherwise: rich guy puts a bunch of losses in his name to reduce personal income tax. They all do it. Yawn
Pelosi begins mustering Democrats for possible House decision on presidency The speaker sent a letter emphasizing local races, in case a tie in the Electoral College requires state delegations to vote. By JOHN BRESNAHAN, KYLE CHENEY and HEATHER CAYGLE 09/27/2020 07:17 PM EDT Pelosi begins mustering Democrats for possible House decision on presidency excrept: "Trump, too, has taken notice of the obscure constitutional resolution to a deadlocked Electoral College, both in public and private. “And I don’t want to end up in the Supreme Court and I don’t want to go back to Congress either, even though we have an advantage if we go back to Congress — does everyone understand that?” Trump said at a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday. “I think it’s 26 to 22 or something because it’s counted one vote per state, so we actually have an advantage. Oh, they’re going to be thrilled to hear that.” In private, Trump has discussed the possibility of the presidential race being thrown into the House as well, raising the issue with GOP lawmakers, according to Republican sources. Under the Constitution, the winner of the presidential election isn’t officially chosen until Congress certifies the Electoral College vote total on Jan. 6, 2021. That vote comes several days after the newly elected Congress is sworn in, meaning the delegation totals will change to reflect the winners of House races in November. If neither Biden nor Trump has secured the 270 electoral votes required to win, the newly seated House delegations will then cast votes to determine a winner. States whose delegations reach a tie vote are not counted. But it’s more than a math equation. If the House is asked to resolve an Electoral College stalemate, the country will be witnessing one of harshest exercises of raw power in history. If Democrats retain control of the House, they could opt against seating potential members whose elections remain contested, even if state officials say otherwise."
This is very true. Trump is a sociopathic jackass. And we can say that after he separated poor immigrant kids from their mothers, and then forced many immigrant women to have unwanted surgeries to make them infertile.
That's sort of like "the price of tea in China" argument though. I mean, if Trump is utterly wrong on so many levels, but he's right about Covid-19 deaths in Wisconsin is he still righteous? VG, I really think the guy is a piece of work. In my humble opinion, you should consider the alternate/successor; in this case Joe Biden. Donald Trump may be correct, but the entire narrative that Covid-19 isn't killing enough people to warrant a calculated response is blatantly un-American - it just wreaks of an attempted reversal of our system of protections; our values. I feel like his attitude feeds the ideology that "we don't cater to the needs of the few" sort of thing, which is, again in my humble opinion, uncharitable and elitist. He wants to push this whole dysfunctional, theoretical mess into our lives in ways that effect our health. It's detrimental to his reputation and his campaign for president that Donald Trump stop, look, and listen. It's time to change tactics, and everyone seems to know it but him.
If you went back to read what I wrote 4 years ago, I must be doing my social justice duty the correct way. TRUMP + TAX EVASION = IRON BAR MOTEL
Parscale and Trump both were duped by used on TikTok. Trump is still trying to retaliate against TikTok and isn't even sure what he wants to do with it. Ex-Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale hospitalized; was armed and threatening himself in Fort Lauderdale home excerpt: "Parscale was demoted from the campaign manager’s post in July but remained part of the campaign, helping run its digital operation. Standing 6′8″ and with a distinctive beard, Parscale had become a celebrity to Trump supporters and would frequently pose for photos and sign autographs ahead of campaign rallies. But Trump had begun to sour on him earlier this year as Parscale attracted a wave of media attention that included focus on his seemingly glitzy lifestyle on the Florida coast that kept him far from campaign headquarters in Virginia. Over the summer, he hyped a million ticket requests for the president’s comeback rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, that ended up drawing just 6,000 people. A furious Trump was left staring at a sea of empty seats and, weeks later, promoted Bill Stepien to campaign manager."
It can argued that, like Parscale, Trump should be in a psychiatric hospital for evaulation. Parscale has even more assets now for being rehired by Trump as his campaign chairman like the way he recycled Hope Hicks. Parscale has shown himself to be naive, glitzy, armed, and suicidal.
An increase in coronavirus morbidity and death rate related to the recent surge in cases in Wisconsin may not appear for a few weeks. The cases are occurring in older segments of the population, so trying to dismiss it as new cases for school children where it would be expected to be not as deadly isn't valid. The response by Trump and his followers is to continually try to dismiss unwelcome data. During the summer surge in mostly sunbelt states, Trump contended that increased cases were due to his alleged superb testing apparatus and wouldn't precipitate deaths. Trump was wrong again like he was many times before. The summer surge in cases was followed by a surge in deaths that required about a month to fully reveal itself. Herman Cain is an example. His death occurred about a month after his positive test result. With few alibis remaining, Trump later devolved into further belittling the virus by claiming that it affects just about no one while still being desperate for a vaccine before the election to stop its deadliness. Tracking coronavirus in Wisconsin excerpt: "Over the past week, the state has added an average of 2,012 cases per day, 18% higher than the previous week. Meanwhile, 6 people are dying per day from the virus, which is 25% higher than the previous week. The test positivity rate of 17.2% over the past week is higher than the week before."
It was a Psychologist who told me this and I checked it out online. Where do you get your data Vanilla Gorilla?
This is typical of Trump trying to make another one of his failures seem like a success. Trump says that he was smart for obtaining tax deductions for a plethora of his failed business venture while at the same time claiming he was a great business person in spite of all those failures. Trump also said he was a success with his casino failures because he supposedly failed early and his losses were allegedly less than other casino owners during the early 1990's. The other casino owners survived and flourished later with their casinos. Trump didn't. He's supposedly a success with the coronavirus because he thinks his travel restriction prevented 2 million coronavirus deaths (that he considers would have been real coronavirus deaths) while the actual 200,000 American deaths that have occurred is fake because he says the virus affects just about no one and is due to something else (like heart problems).
