What is supposed to happen to the salmon if they don't? The thought of the awful trapping, etc the sea lions will have to go through before they can be "humanely euthanized"...I'm like why can they shoot them humanely???? Get some marksmen out there and ... But dang this is bad any way you look at it.

But wouldn't shooting them - as long as it was a marksman or similar....NO first time shooters - be more humane than what they are proposing?
