my gift to the world is to only conceive one child, and adopt the rest of 'em. to raise them all in an environment free of advertising. no tv, no corporate radio, no cellphones, no disposable anything. no imported food (i really miss bananas). to teach them how to live without consuming the earth.

My gift to the world would be enough nuclear weapons so it could destroy itself.

 

Enlightenment - To every person in the world, especially those who suffer from their unexamined religious issues, ESPECIALLY those among the Jews, Christians and Muslims who seem to need it most and have it least, I would give a fully conscious, egoless, direct experience of the one reality about which the wisest men and women of every tradition speak.

I believe enlightenment is the garden gate through which, sooner or later, everyone walks. At the very least, enlightenment would heal most of the psychic wounds, remedy most of the social illnesses, and provide atonement for most of the injustices that humans habitually inflict on one another.

Then I would retire into anonymity, comforted by the belief that this enlightenment will clear the path for everyone to be what one actually is, to do what one does best, to live the life one is.
