Right, I'm supposed to justify this to somebody who thinks flu shots are mercury. Have fun playing in your pixy garden away from all the bad men and their 'chemicals'.
So, Lodui, you're denying that vaccinations contain thimerosal, which contains high levels of mercury? I mean, I would think MOST informed people know that the majority of vaccinations contain dangerous amounts of mercury, especially dangerous for infants and the elderly. This information is in the open. It's not some conspiracy theory. It's been covered in medical journals. Just do a search on Google for "vaccines/mercury/thimerosal". Or, just keep on being the ignorant, uneducated, macho, cool-guy swine you are.
thimerosal is a preservative, you were playing it off as a mind control serum. And if I'm not the macho uneducated swine, who will be? :H
I never said it was for "mind control." Never once did I say that. You're just making shit up now because you know that I am right and you are wrong. Yes, thimerosal is a preservative, and it contains mercury.
I think you need to wake up and pull your head from out of your ass and maybe try thinking critically for once, instead of playing the macho, know-it-all routine. I've never once witnessed you back up any of your claims. You are all talk.
water purification systems do not remove flooreyeds it's a false advertising scheme reverse osmosis filters say they can not true(floreyed particles are too tiny ehehe) to take emmidiate actions get toothpastes without floride and water without floreyeds from your local organic co-op(if there is one) most counties have petitions against floooridazions u can join too finding detailed informazion on bottled water is not usually possible they do not welcome inquiries into their improper methods ehehe
herbah... what if there are no coops around someone? i mean, there might be here but i live in a pretty um... well, there isnt much. much COMMERCIAL shit, yes... but progressive, no.
The Berkey water purification system I have does remove fluoride... as well as arsenic, lead, chlorine, MTBE, etc..
"If theres no financial benifit, the government has no reason to lie," That is absolutely untrue. I know that Pressed_Rat can be paranoid, but all he's said in this thread is true. Flouride really is not safe. I don't have to worry about it anymore though. My water is gravity fed and comes directly from a spring. Well, my toothpaste has .8% sodium monoflourophosphate. It also says directly on it: WARNING: AS WITH ALL FLOURIDE TOOTHPASTES, KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN UNDER SIX YEARS OF AGE. It's just as dangerous to adults as it is to children.
Well adults have more body weight, and thus the same amount of a poison wouldn't have a toxic effect. You can't dispute toothpaste works, and I don't know anyone whos become ill because of applying toothpaste to their teeth... I wasn't suggesting chugging a tube of toothpaste before bed... But a small amount is great for cleaning teeth.
Yes, it works, no doubt. And yes, it would take more to hurt an adult, but we are talking about drinking several glasses of water a day with flouride in them. You see how it could get dangerous right?
Well in terms of toothpaste, it seems silly, You're not supposed to eat the stuff, the reason the warning is there so kids won't eat it... And as for water I've never known anyone whos died cause of fluoride poisoning... This whole thing seems like something pepsi made up when they wanted to sell tap water to people for $1.00 a pop... I'm willing to take the risk.
I drink tap water all the time, and I feel great. I sincerly doubt theres anough fluoride to cause any significant damage.
okay, something to think about you use toothpaste in your mouth--a mucous membrane, easily permeated by small bitty things like.......*drumroll please* ......... flouride molecules!! even if you spit out the toothpaste, you are still absorbing quite a bit of it. ew, blech, yuch!!
It takes a while to absorb things through from your mouth into your bloodsteam, and a thimble full of toothpaste isn't going to hurt you, even if you do swallow it. It'd taste bad, but you'll be fine... If you don't wanna brush you're teeth don't... but don't blame for any cavities. I tried to play the voice of reason, but alarmism is apparently much more fun. I'm gonna go grab a beer.
Yes, trace amounts do probably get into your bloodstream... You also need a small amount of Iron in your diet... to prevent anemia, more can kill you. You'd die without chemicals Blossom. You are a a bunch of chemical reactions.. But I like my teeth, they've been good to me. I wanna take care of their enamel.
non-sequiter? Flouride's poisonous in large doses, but smalll doses are benificial, or nessecary, much like Iron, and Zinc, and other heavy metals.
