I apologize for not reading the previous 183 pages of this thread.lol. I have a lot of opinions on this subject so I'll get started.
At my work there are quite a few co-workers either sneezing or coughing here and there. I suspect that they are sick with covid19 and are either in denial about it or are just trying to hide it. So what's really the point of shutting down the country? I do believe that some form of quarantine should be practiced and other ways to lessen contact with the virus but with face masks being only about 95 percent effective it's futile in some instances. Thoughts ,opinions?

And what about the other 20 million college kids in the US? They aren't sneaking off to secret parties. We aren't seeing any reports on CNN so they must all be following the rules and staying isolated

 

Wednesday has been deadliest day in reported deaths in the U.S..

Officials reported 216 deaths Wednesday, an increase higher than any other day. Tuesday saw 164 reports. Experts have said numbers will rise dramatically as more tests are administered and analyzed.

I worry about that country now, no immunity if all good new Zealanders listened to her and coming up to winter. One mishap, one boat load of refugees unnoticed whammo, all their cases at the same time when no one has any money left

 

But everybody loves NZ. They'll bail them out.

 

Go Germany btw, still with a death rate about 0.3%

 

We only have 23 critical cases here at the moment too, So by next week I'm expecting to see the recovered patients go up and possibly active cases go down maybe.
