The Tenth Amendment is the famous one for states rights, and a favorite among KKK membership. They mentioned it each time they argued to oppose freedom and equality for Black people. They repeated it through the Jim Crow years all the way until the 1964 Civil Rights Act. The Ninth Amendment is right before it; but, your Buddies don't like it, since it was used to make Rowe v Wade the law of the land. You say activists fought against "those new rights" … well now those new rights were signed into law, were they not?

One conservative and well known president by the name of Theodore Roosevelt said: No man is above the law and no man is below it: Nor do we ask any man's permission when we ask him to obey it.

All those parties agree with each other and support one another. Then look at conservatives as evil.
