Before I was born I could not see
but after which I came to be
I came to see but in a different way
and then I learned to play

    With scuffed knees from crawling
after which, I learned to walk a bit
and when I fell down I got back up
learned to run, quicker, quicker I went

And since it seemed that time flies
    with no more soothing lullabies
no more sounds of a babies cries
after another grows up and the goodbyes

I started thinking about the music played
and how it couldn't have happened without
one angel two angel three angel four
onward cupid and blizen and many more

and if it's Christmas time you seek
and for your innocence to keep
if growing older seems a bore
just remember we've all been here before

and just like that there will come a day
another amazing to be born again day
just like the first and onward still live and love
have your fill, and when the music settles in

when it settles down and when
you can catch your breath and settle in
    then you'll know once again
why we choose to begin again

Well, as for me, I'm older than eternity
yet while in a man through whom I see
I see beauty, love, and many things to be
Life, dancing, music and art, even being free.

Have you ever wished upon a shooting star
Have you ever wondered what you are
Have you ever lived like a phoenix bird
on the winds of change and all you've heard

Have you ever thought to be born again
to burn out and to fade away again
to descend and ascend over and then
to be given life without an end

It makes me wonder how we know
from fire and rain water and the flow
of winds and waves crashing down
light rays of sun upon the ground

The sun and moon and all the stars
Have you ever wondered what you are
light and darkness hot and cold
sweet spots and honey and growing old

    When the funds are low
    And the costs are high
    When discipline demands a show
Remember to listen to the trumpets sound
And don't forget about the sun below

Or is it far above us
As we go round and round
The light I see still shining
Whether in space or in the ground

So upon this Earth we walk
    Upon this Earth we roam
A drifter with a vagabond soul
Still trying to make it home

    Upon the earth we live
To the mound we'll one day go
    In clouds we gather still
    Set apart as you know

So if your heart is beating
    If you are awake
    Remember we keep giving
    Even though some still take.

And like the sun and moon
Like the water lillies in bloom
Like a boat upon the shore
    We've all been here before.

    Truth he dares to ride
    Upon steed galliant as he
    And spirit with girded breast
the horse he rides a she

    Breaking down barriers
    As spirit gallops in stride
For truth a man he shouts
    In truth we shall abide

For truth a man he shouts
    Behind the man who rides
    The horse we call spirit
For in truth and love abides

as each hoof strikes the earthen mound
Vibrating like thunder upon the ground
Tis on the earth we roam and ride
And to the mound we shall reside

Truth again ... A whisper is heard
In ear beneath helmet and vest
And as if from bottom to top
    Spirit is put to test

    dirt flies behind her trot
Truth again i say is heard
but this time high above us
As if carried by a bird

Then fire from the sky is seen
A ball as a flaming sword
Tis it a phoenix, or the sun I glean?
Or hell from god being poured?

Ahh ... but they are the same
And from the clouds we hear
    Far better to burn away
than to fade with bitter tear

    Another voice is heard
    To begin again again again
And yes I am a phoenix bird
And when we are through and heard

    He shouted again, dear sir!
    it's better to ride
    Indeed untill our last breath
Ride on until you reach your death

Then I hear a whisper once more
As warm as the summers sun
Yes ride on my soldier ride
Ride on if only for fun.

One angel, two angel, three angel four...
Cupid, and Donner, and Blitzen, Rudolph and many more ... Mathew, Mark, and Luke
and many more for sure, so row row row your boat gently down the shore ... While some seem lost others seem found, created from the dust of the ground, the spirit of life on the water, even when in the mound.

Ashes of firebirds and many a tree
when the lightning strikes and the journey be
like jewels of cloth and handle held
another world to be we meld

From one to another a mother a brother
a son, and a daughter to be
we're not undercover we honor our mother
and all who have eyes to see

and if the blind should see again
on the trails of deer or misty sea
let them hear the trumpets sound
upon the earth and the mound

and when we come to rise again
    let this much be known
it's not the life we give away
but the life that was sown.

An orchestra such a lovely call
from birds to bees above it all
    butterfly kisses with gentle touch
    harshness doesn't profit us much

still her music are like strings of gold
as the angel strums her harp
joined by beating drum I hold
    the beating of my heart

A baby cries a wildcat howls
and the mooing of sacred cows
A shrill of a predator kill
    this is our mother will

so with her music let us know
to not be so quick to judge
a soothing sound of her crown
the beauty of her wedding gown

the instruments playing in the band
the moans of a woman with her man
the sound of a cricket or a hog in stall
She the one who created it all.

    Old Bob Dylan song.

    "Ring Them Bells"

    Ring them bells, ye heathen

    From the city that dreams

Ring them bells from the sanctuaries

    ’Cross the valleys and streams

For they’re deep and they’re wide

And the world’s on its side

    And time is running backwards

    And so is the bride

    Ring them bells St. Peter

    Where the four winds blow

Ring them bells with an iron hand

    So the people will know

    Oh it’s rush hour now

On the wheel and the plow

And the sun is going down

    Upon the sacred cow

    Ring them bells Sweet Martha

    For the poor man’s son

Ring them bells so the world will know

    That God is one

    Oh the shepherd is asleep

    Where the willows weep

    And the mountains are filled

    With lost sheep

Ring them bells for the blind and the deaf

Ring them bells for all of us who are left

Ring them bells for the chosen few

Who will judge the many when the game is through

Ring them bells, for the time that flies

    For the child that cries

    When innocence dies

    Ring them bells St. Catherine

From the top of the room

    Ring them from the fortress

    For the lilies that bloom

    Oh the lines are long

    And the fighting is strong

And they’re breaking down the distance

    Between right and wrong

    Love from above
    as above so below
    what we sow
    is what we grow

    from womb to womb
    even from tomb to tomb
    from the whippoorwill
    to the laughing loon

and as we venture on this path
some do fear while others laugh
    some sing, other write,
and others just fall into the night

    Here and there and everywhere
    no matter where we roam
life is life, a wife a wife
    and a husband coming home

and as we sail the earthly seas
    fly high above the tree's
and as we gaze up to the moon
    flowers await yet to bloom

a seed to plant or to sow
    another soul to show
it's our way we show today
to show you all a better way

so in the morning when you wake
and if you decide a cake to bake
have a cookie or maybe 10
the way we create never ends

so if it's cold then bundle up
or find other ways to warm up
life is life and it's warmer when
    two together can again begin

I'm different than I was 49 years ago, yet I am still the same man. I am who I am and always will be. One day I'll be able to rest, after which, like a seed or kernel of corn, I will become a new creation.

I may fade like a fruit off the branch, but the spirit through which I live will carry on. Some seem to hate the idea of karma. Me personally ... I love karma. I guess because I know who and how I am.

i stub my toe, therefore there's an out there that's not all in my head.

sometimes the universe does respond to you.
the hard part is trying to get a grip on what you're not aware of wanting,
because that is the part to which it so often does.

of course, if you're "normal" you never notice this happening.
or you invent gods to blame it on,
of which the god or gods that exist without your inventing them, are completely innocent.

we can tell each other anything
    and still doing so
    does noting to diminish
what begins beyond where our words end

many choose to look only at words,
or at the clustered hives of their own species
and seldom looking further, see only nothing.

    the unknown is not empty
it is not anything we attribute to it,
it owes nothing to what we attribute to it.

    don't be afraid of it
it isn't trying to hurt you

but if you think it owes anything to what anyone has told you
    you might, but it doesn't.

Fire, water, air, and Earth ... From the four corners of and far beyond what we might construe to be the future are we given life through the waves and ripples of what exists. Energy flow so unfathomable that we here who have yet to begin again can only one day hope to comprehend. How our senses make us aware of that flow varies, yet remains the same. I know this life as myself, others know it from somewhere else, and how we comprehend varies from specie to specie, from person to person, from beast to beast, from entity to entity. What we know we cannot change until it's time to begin again, and even then what we understand of what we know follows until we can begin again ... Maybe here in another dementiion or maybe it's all the same, only our perceptions change. It's all energy anyway. It's all life and well .. life is all there is, and like a coin the same is true for the other side of too.

I love so many still, with my being my mind my soul, and so ... I let that spirit flow like ripples and waves on an oceans stream, like a river of life. It's pleasing to me, and so ... I can't let go yet I still do. Why? Because that's how I love them, from my heart where it's most true. That's my positive affirmation, yet I still cannot deny the sensual flow of passion I yearn to feel inside. It's all energy anyway, and I know you can't deny for once you find your treasures you can never truly say goodbye.

    Why?

It's enduring like that and I know I'm not the only one who knows or sees or feels it. It is the only thing in life or death able to make it real. The feel of care, the feel of nurture and protect, the feel of desire and passion that draws us near to life and death

That's life and life is from where we originate, and like a coin I've stated, the same is true on the other side, the only thing that differs is how we process the flow, what we keep, and what we let go.
