Guess The Affliction From The Symptoms

I did have pica down at first, but that's only because I placed too much emphasis on the eating of strange things, not considering the weakness and fatigue... which are symptoms of anemia. Then I realized that pica is a symptom of anemia.

I did not look it up, I swear. I grew up reading my moms medical books, so I actually know quite a bit.

 

I google pica after you posted it, only reason I said anything.

That picture is featured at the beginning of David Icke's book Tales From the Time Loop, which I just finished reading a few weeks ago. Symptoms: fever, generalized tiredness and weakness, cough, swollen lymph nodes, aches and pains, enlarged and tender liver, a slight sore throat, sudden onset of jaundice, enlarged liver and spleen, bleeding disorder and lethargy. Can lead to long term brain damage, with mental retardation and seizures, and sometimes liver damage. Can lead to death in infants and immue-supressed persons.

crummy-rummy, after this one is guessed (if it is, cause its tough) you can list the next set of sypmtoms if you'd like. I'd like to guess as well. I read a lot of medical reference books and whatnot when I was younger. Of course, I'm no Pressed_Rat.

Definitely sounds like Hepatitis to me.... jaundice and an enlarged liver are a dead giveaway. And no, I didn't Google it.

 

I stood corrected already. I saw the lymphnodes and thought mono , i wasnt sure about anyother sypmtom.

Nope, not Hepatitis. I don't think this one is a very common disease. It's not well known to be sure.

I told you before I would never get one right. I begged Pressed rat to keep playing to keep it going. I even googled the symptoms and got no response. I can do nothing more to further this thread. I like it and want it to progress.

man i dont feel so good, i was jsut sitting here posting and all of a sudden i got that disconnected airhead feeling like when u take nighttime medicine and dont go to sleep. my arms feel like they are wieghted down and ive lost coordination. i tried smoking a cig cuz i hadnt had one in like 2 hours(which is a stretch cuz im trying to cut back) and it didnt help and im drinking water because i could be dehydrated or some shit. anyone know?

 

Okay, I'm going to tell you what this last one was and give you another set of symptoms. I didn't know if anyone would get this last one or not. Told you it was tough! It was cytomegalovirus infection. From what I understand there is no cure and the best prevention is to avoid blood transfusions from people with this disease. Duh. LOL
