Sanders wins New Hampshire primary By Jonathan Easley 02/11/20 11:04 PM EST Sanders wins New Hampshire primary excerpt: "MANCHESTER, N.H. — Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) won the New Hampshire primary on Tuesday night, delivering a victory for his campaign after a muddled result in Iowa that produced no clear winner. The result is significant for Sanders, though it was expected after he defeated former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton easily in New Hampshire’s primary four years ago. Sanders was also ahead in the most recent polls taken in the Granite State. Sanders outpaced former South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), who ran as moderate alternatives to the Vermont senator's anti-establishment campaign. The race was close to the finish. With 83 percent of precincts reporting, Sanders took 25.9 percent support, compared with 24.1 percent for Buttigieg and 19.8 percent for Klobuchar."
Time for Trump to subsidize the whiskey industry which is experiencing a hangover from his 'easy to win' trade war. Industry group blames tariffs for 27 percent drop in whiskey exports to EU By Alex Gangitano 02/12/20 11:37 AM EST Industry group blames tariffs for 27 percent drop in whiskey exports to EU excerpt: "The Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS) announced that American whiskey exports to the European Union decreased by 27 percent in 2019 due to retaliatory tariffs. The EU is the U.S. spirit industry’s largest export market. Globally, exports of American whiskey decreased by 16 percent in 2019, the group said on Wednesday. “Of course we continue to be very, very concerned with some of the challenges associated with the international trade environment and tariffs,” DISCUS President and CEO Chris Swonger said on a call with reporters. Exports of U.S. spirits to the United Kingdom declined by just under 33 percent, by just under 20 percent to France, 18 percent to Germany and were down 44 percent to Spain. “While it was another strong year for U.S. spirits sales, the tariffs imposed by the European Union are causing a significant slump in American Whiskey exports,” Swonger said in a statement. “The data is clear. These tariffs are chipping away at American Whiskey’s brand equity in our top export markets. These great American Whiskey products that have been the toast of the global cocktail scene are struggling under the weight of the EU tariffs.”"
Devin Nunes, Trump's fake cattleman, defied Adam Schiff today and did not show for an intelligence hearing. He's the same fella who ran to the White House during the middle of the night to warn Trump about what was taking place in Congress and in the Mueller investigation. He's also the same person who lied about knowing Lev Parnas until Parnas provided the press and Congress with proof that in fact Devin was collaborating with Trump's agents to undermine any Congressional investigation. Parnas provided solid proof that Devin had travelled to Europe specifically to dig up dirt on Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden. If The Senate Republicans had allowed Parnas to testify during the impeachment trial, the serious information would have influenced the outcome. During the House inquiry, the Trump camp had prevented the Parnas information from daylight, with court charges. Parnas later told Rachell Maddow that he was amazed Devin Nunes had sat next to Adam Schiff during Congressional hearing while all along worked with the Trump camp. I can see Lev Parnas back during a second impeachment or criminal investigation process.
Trump is using the Justice Department as his personal law firm and using his personal law firm (Giuliani) as his Justice Department. GOP Strategist Says DOJ Is Now Run As the 'Trump Family Law Firm' By David Brennan 2/12/20 at 3:40 AM EST GOP strategist says DOJ is now run as the "Trump family law firm"
Democrats have started to call for investigations and Barr's resignation. I want to see Lev Parnas talking during a House Judiciary and Intelligence Committee hearings. His information should be enough to put Devin Nunes in prison.
If they’ve were arrested by stormtroopers in the middle of the night on a non violent process charge then absolutely. And people’s skin color is always irrelevant.
So now that the presidential race is a lost cause, the Democrats should let Bernie have his hard earned nomination. Then when he gets his head handed to him in the general election, he will be out of their hair and they can purge the socialist screwballs and focus on 2022.
If that's what you think then you shouldn't mind if we make a documentary film about Giuliani & Trump, after their documentary about Hunter Biden, … huh?

Native Americans weren't informed about Trump's blasting of the burial grounds. Trump's wall is a desecration of Native Americans, a political and vanity stunt, and a colossal waste of U.S. taxpayer money that he diverted after failing multiple times to obtain it from Mexico and the U.S. Congress when both chambers were controlled by Republicans. Ancient Native American burial site blasted for Trump border wall construction Crews have been blasting the hillside at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument in Arizona for sections of the federal government's barrier. By Erik Ortiz Feb. 12, 2020, 11:13 PM UTC "A true desecration": Sacred Native American site blasted to build Trump border wall excerpt: "Red-lettered signs warning of "BLASTING" began appearing over the past week at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, a remote desert region in southwestern Arizona bordered by Mexico to the south and a Native American reservation to the east. Crews have been blasting the hillside while excavators and backhoes clear a path for the towering sections of border wall fast-tracked by the Trump administration — a pace that has environmental groups worried that sacred burial sites and ancestral lands are at risk of being irreversibly harmed."
Trump ran Yovanovitch out of her position via a smear campaign and underhanded methods, what Trump accuses others of doing to him. Trump can now claim he doesn't know Roberr Hyde even though he's in pictures with him standing right next to him. Trump donor accused of spying on Yovanovitch hands 'everything' to Congress, reports say Alex Woodward The Independent February 12, 2020 Trump donor accused of spying on Yovanovitch hands 'everything' to Congress, reports say excerpt: "A donor to Donald Trump who was accused of "stalking" the former ambassador to Ukraine at the behest of Rudy Giuliani's associates has provided documents to Congress as it opens its investigation into the ousting of Marie Yovanovitch, a crucial witness in the president's impeachment. The Daily Beast reports that Robert Hyde, a Republican congressional candidate from Connecticut, gave "everything" he had between himself and Lev Parnas, an associate of Rudy Giuliani who has been indicted for campaign finance violations involving foreign money. Mr Hyde told the outlet he gave the House Foreign Affairs Committee "everything that I had between Parnas and I". He said the committee wanted to "talk about Parnas and how I know him" and said that "you should look into Parnas. Bad man". Messages given to House Democrats last month showed Mr Hyde's communication with Mr Parnas suggested that Ms Yovanovitch was under physical surveillance before she was recalled from her post last year, allegedly at Mr Giuliani's urging. Mr Hyde says he was only "joking around" in those messages, and that Ms Yovanovitch was not being stalked."
Trump can claim he doesn't know Hyde. Court documents allege congressional candidate Robert F. Hyde, tied to Ukrainian scandal, tracked and stalked woman in Washington By Eliza Fawcett, David Owens and Daniela Altimari Hartford Courant Jan 16, 2020 | 6:20 PM Court documents allege congressional candidate Robert F. Hyde, tied to Ukrainian scandal, tracked and stalked woman in Washington excerpt: "A Republican activist who bragged about surveilling a U.S. ambassador in explosive text messages released by the House on Tuesday night has a history of erratic behavior and outlandish statements, according to documents and interviews with people who know him. Former Marine Robert Hyde, a House candidate in Connecticut and donor to President Donald Trump, stalked a former business contact, according to a restraining order obtained by POLITICO. Around that time, he sent a message to several acquaintances beginning, “If something was to happen to me, connect the dots” and suggesting he had run afoul of the Central Intelligence Agency."
Just the type of person Trump needed to dispose of Yovanovitch. Court documents allege congressional candidate Robert F. Hyde, tied to Ukrainian scandal, tracked and stalked woman in Washington excerpt: "From December 2018 through last May, Hyde aggressively harassed the political consultant, including stalking her at the Trump Hotel in Washington, D.C., sending disturbing messages to her clients and attempting to blackmail her, according to documents filed in Superior Court in the District of Columbia. Hyde “kept close tabs” on the woman’s “personal and professional whereabouts," and would “surprise her with unsettling visits” at businesses functions, according to court documents. Hyde also posted on his social media accounts that “she and others were conspiring against him.”"
Hopefully , the best is yet to come. And after the audits are done, he'll be releasing his taxes. (hmmm--just looked out the window and saw a couple a'pigs fly by)
Post of a blogger: Here are 7 explosive claims from Lev Parnas’ interview with Rachel Maddow blowing up the Ukraine scandal: 1. “Trump knew exactly what was going on,” Parnas said. “He was aware of all of my movements. I wouldn’t do anything without the consent of Rudy Giuliani or the president.”Trump has claimed that he doesn’t know who Parnas or his associate, Igor Fruman, are, despite appearing in multiple pictures with him. There was already good reason to assume this was false, but Parnas has not directly rebutted the dubious claim on the record. 2. “It was not about corruption,” Parnas said of the Ukraine scheme. “It was all about Burisma, all about Biden, about Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.” This claim completely undercuts the Republicans’ key defenses of the president against impeachment. They say he was legitimately pursuing an anti-corruption policy in Ukraine by asking for investigations of his political enemies. That was hard to believe on its own, but now Parnas is flatly contradicting it. 3. Parnas said it was clear to the Ukrainians he was acting as Trump’s emissary. 4. He said he made explicit to Ukrainian officials that Trump’s support and financial support — not just military aid — was dependent on an announcement of the investigations the president wanted. “It wasn’t just military aid,” Parnas said. “It was all aid. Basically their relationships would be sour. That we would stop giving them any kind of aid.” 5. Vice President Mike Pence’s visit to Ukraine was canceled explicitly to induce the country to announce the investigations, Parnas said. Parnas said that the cancellation of Pence’s trip confirmed to the Ukrainians that he was a legitimate representative of the president. He also said that Pence was “in the loop” about the reason the trip was canceled, but he didn’t explicit say how he knew this. 6. Attorney General Bill Barr was “on the team.” Parnas claimed that “Barr had to know about everything” regarding the plan to push Ukraine to investigate the Biden and the 2016 presidential election. 7. Parnas also fingered Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) in the scheme, the ranking Republican member of the House Intelligence Committee that investigated the Ukraine matter. Parnas said he was introduced to, and worked through, Nunes aide Derek Harvey, but he was working on Nunes’ behalf. “Does it strike you as unusual or inappropriate that Devin Nunes would be one of the lead investigators?” “I was in shock when I was watching the hearings and when I saw Devin Nunes sitting up there,” Parnas said. “Because they were involved in getting all this stuff on Biden.”
Trump's supporters are still chanting 'Lock Her Up!' at his rallies. Investigation into Hillary Clinton pushed by Trump comes up empty after two years: report "As time went on, a lot of people just forgot about it,” one senior DOJ official says Igor Derysh January 10, 2020 4:10PM (UTC) DOJ investigation into Clinton pushed by Trump comes up empty: report excerpt: "The Justice Department’s investigation is the latest probe into Trump’s conspiracy theories, which has come up empty. A State Department investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server similarly found no mishandling of classified information last year. A Justice Department’s inspector general investigation into the department’s handling of the Russia probe likewise found no evidence to corroborate Trump’s baseless claims that he was “spied” on and that the Russia investigation was launched out of bias against his candidacy. Trump and Attorney General Bill Barr have since hyped yet another investigation led by U.S. Attorney John Durham, who is investigating other aspects of the FBI’s Russia investigation. Durham even issued a rare statement slamming the inspector general probe. Democrats have called on Durham to resign, arguing that he and Barr are using the DOJ to politicize investigations at the behest of the president. A letter signed by more than 10 House Democrats called for Barr and Durham to be ousted, because they allegedly “inappropriately interfered in independent Department of Justice investigations and intentionally used (their) positions to mislead the American public in defense of President Donald J. Trump.”"
