Erections- A double standard

It happens. Doesn't happen to me often anymore but my son has them sometimes randomly. Embarrassing at first but you and everybody else gets used to it. Happens and sometimes uncontrollable.

 

I've seen lots of boys getting erections and normally while looking at us girls. I actually feel flattered that looking at me makes them stiff and sorry if you get offended it turns me on.

One thing they can do is go in the water if there is any, most float or stand up in a similar direction in the water regardless so it's not as noticeable.

 

Just how does a guy control an erection, as far as I know if you get one you have to wait tell it goes down, take a run, take a shower in cold water or take swim, but to just stand around with your dick at attention is bad manners.
But to say you control it, the more a guy try's the harder it gets, that's nature.

 

agreed except for the bad manners part nudism is suppose to be about body positivity and being free so why should a males natural erection be a problem. as long as you not trying to shove it in someones face it shouldn't matter if its hard and in plain view

 

There are ways a man can get rid of an erection, its just manners to keep your self under control when in company of others, I can hold b my hands up and say I have never had an erection in front of others on beach's, but have had sex in the water and that's great feeling for both of us.

 

true there are ways than can work sometimes to control an erection. But im of a different mid scorning or not allowing a male to be hard is bad manners and only stands to make males ashamed of their bodys and not take part in some fun activity. good for you for staying soft not all males can pull that of like me most of the ways to control my dick have only ever work temporarily. It is the mane reason i have had to stick to only be a nudist around home. as i have always gotten hard very easily and once i am hard even as some suggest to get off be for you go i get off and my dick is still hard or it gets hard 5 mins later. to me it all stems from peoples fears of anything that mite hit at human sexuality being bad. Just because a male gets hard doesn't mean he is thinking about sex. and so what if he is news flash thats a good thing because i know most find it icky but sex is how we bot here its natural too

 

Whenever this topic pops up at the top of my feed, all I can think is, 'Wait, some guys get two??'

 

Have you thought of edging as a way out of you problem that is one thing you could try, see I always thought I would get this problem but its never happened, I think its just mind over matter problem, as our minds work overtime with this and hay presto an erection, its getting our minds into neutral as you will always see guys reading that takes our minds of our dicks and if your on a beach get in the water ASAP as it happens even just running helps, but I think its a mind over matter problem and its all done to control, but I think its not such a big problem as you make out,.

The only way is to get out there, when your amongst others and take your mind off your dick it will behave its self, I like you was always worried about erections, as yet they have not happened only when I'm in the water getting extra friendly with my wife and whoops I have a boner for the use of keeping my wife happy, being on a beach with others is not as frightening as it sounds, as I think your find out.

You have never said your age.
Maturity, even at age 30 plus onward has a way of helping. As stated above it truly is mind over matter. Also, consider where you will be nude. If it is a sex fueled resort, then you might expect to see others with erection. If you really want to become a nudist, the more you are around others in the non sexual social setting, the better. There is way more to being a naturist/nudist. I suggest you find a AANR nudist campground near you. This is where you will meet like minded people for social time. It is life changing and empowering. Also it would help if you bring your wife or girlfriend with you. But that’s another subject altogether.
My wife is very accepting of nudity now and looks forward to social time with others nudist. I know men are looking at my nude wife and I look and talk with nude women, but it’s social non sexual talk.
Social chats at nudist campground resorts will divert your concerns away from erections. Just get out there.

 

I am 38. I know there are ways of controlling it but my point still is that it is a natural reaction of the male body why should it be wrong. I hear from alot of naturist complaining that the young crowd ist getting involved i see this ass on of the reasons for that

 

Many nudist campgrounds need the younger crowd(your age) to keep nudism alive and growing. Studies reveal that your age are still rising family and have other priorities, leaving it to the older crowd. Studies also reveal that more older couples are crossing over to nudity and loving it as my wife and I do.
Stop, Stop worrying about erections. There will always be double standards on everything in life. You got to be you.

 

Yes. This. The more you worry about your penis, the less fun you're going to have, which kinda defeats the whole purpose. Once you stop thinking about it, being nude around others becomes so much more fun and relaxing. And you'd be surprised how easy it is to forget you're naked when you're surrounded by a bunch of other naked people. I can't wait to experience it more.

 

Just let them happen. Remember they are natural. They mean you either need to pee or you want to do something with it. Let it happen. People will just understand that you either need to pee or need to deal with it a different way.
Go there with your girlfriend so that she understands everything and can block other people's view if you need to pee.

 

Suzanne, I’m pretty sure that 99.999% of guys don’t get erections when they need to pee.

 

the only correlation between needing to piss and having an erection for me is when im hard it is almost impossible to piss. its like trying to force molasses through a needle. As for blocking the view that should be a concern. what if the same thing applied to a females nipples getting hard as just cool air can cause that but it is also a sign of sexual arousal

 

Yes, Even at my age I still wake up with a morning woody. However, My wife loves it.
