I kiss street dogs when I am drunk.

I get myself between 10-15 dogs at midnight when I am drunk and I kiss every one of them.

If a dog is found wandering the streets alone here some white lady will take him into her home and have his lost and found picture posted on every form of social media within 5 minutes of the dog going missing.

We don't have street dogs in Iowa, either. If there is a stray dog, it gets taken to the animal shelter. When I was in Puerto Rico, there were street dogs everywhere. I would have liked to kiss them, but I didn't get close to them. You are lucky.
