Anyone in here have a sure way to kill these pests? I have had mite problems over the years mainly due to bringing plants inside and then they have favorable conditions: no rain, wind, or beneficial insects to keep them at bay. They favor when its warm and dry and where i live it is that way in the winter indoors. Ive tried using Neem and this insecticidal soap which has these soluble fat oils in it. Neem seems to work very well in that they cant build resistence to it, and it messes with their reproductive stage of growth.
well i had some mites in my mj plants once so I look a soapy wet clothe, wiped down all the leaves and stem real well, then i kept the top layer of soil moist all the time That should get rid of the little shitz.
Yes they love it hot and dry so give them a good bath twice daily, and derris powder is supposed to work well too and its organic. august_moon
Spray them with water. Mites doesn’t like moist atmosphere. And don’t stress your plants by irregular watering schedule. If your plant dries out you'll see increase of mites. You can wipe effected leaves with alcohol swaps of moist towel (don’t use alcohol on palms)
