I loovee Hot sand

    Don't you just love it? I really like the walk down to the water when I'm at the beach and the sand is frying hot. Everyone is running, but I just eat it up.

    No thanks, warm sand is fine but I have no desire to fry my bare soles.

    I agree. I never gave it much thought but I do enjoy it when the sand is just barely tolerable.

    Black volcanic sand heats more than white coral/shell based sand, for obvious reasons. So too hot, or pleasantly warm on your skin, can vary a lot!

    Being burnt is no fun. Being gently warmed all over is a great feeling!
