you know, I don’t know about that. I am sure the little boy was paid for the photo op. He is smiling and happy to share some food. If the marine (i do not know if he is a marine) was stealing it, the little boy would have never gone to the side of the road food at the ready. Hearing the trucks rolling along he would have run away with his food to hide.

how can you tell he is a marine? Is there something identifying him as a marine? I see Meleni, Melend (Melendez perhaps) on his uniform.

 

Or maybe it is the other way around and the Marine is giving the boy food. Hard to know or tell! Either way they look happy to share! The guy behind is eating some!
