My kid was having a rough day yesterday and I guess during a panic attack last night called police without telling me so when they knocked on the door it was quite a surprise... I think that they were actually happy that there was no drama going on and did not have to do any work when they got here

Thank you for asking brother she had a better month financially this month because I managed to get her to not spend her entire f****** check on hard drugs and she managed to buy some stuff that she needs which for me is huge cuz it means I don't have to pay everything all month long..... the police call was apparently because I went into her room without knocking so I was reprimanded about that the police that came have been here before and already know the story so it was cool and they were cool

 

I would never attempt to find and eat wild fungus... It would be a guaranteed painful death while tripping my brains out.

 

I am not fond of mushrooms to the point I would lie to people and say I was allergic to them but I want to try some of those tree ones I just need to speak to the mushroom guy here on the island he sells kit so you can grow your own cooking mushrooms and he has a stand at the Farmers Market and apparently he is also a professor of mushrooms whatever that means

I think those are Oyster mushrooms they come in different colors. But I seen some manes there too.. Oysters are the easiest to grow .. some others are too., but Oyster kits sometimes start in the store before you even get them home. just water and fruit. I bought some last year the home depot.

 

Holy s*** it's going to be 5 above tomorrow.... out of curiosity I called a sandblasting guy and he said it is $165 per rim to have them completely cleaned up buy sandblasting and then powder coated in the colour of my choice but I'm pretty sure I can buy really nice trailer rims for less than 165 each

I decided to measure my truck tray to see if it could hold a queen matress, it can't because of the wheel arch. But it will fit the single mattress. If I ever went solo camping I'd just take the mattress and my marquee and then Park under the marquee lol. Wifey thinks we can fit on the single. I don't think so.

 

I don't understand what the problem is she double bagged it OMFG

 

it is not surprising to see redneck types here parked at gigs Etc with an entire couch in their pickup truck and they are sitting on the couch drinking beer and eating chips just like they would be in their living room and I'm not putting down rednecks I would do it too if I had a couch and a pickup truck

 

I've got such a busy morning tomorrow I don't think I'll have time to get the tent poles I wanted and tie downs to play around with the tarps. I still have to pack my stuff and get food and drinks etc. I should probably do that today but meh, it's not as much as my other camping trip. Just the swags few boxes, my solar setup and generator and that's it. 2 nights easy.

 

Yeah, lol ive done the redneck pool in the truck, that's where you just throw a tarp in the tray and fill it with water. becomes a good sitting pool with a cooler in there.

 

And the back of the tail gate has these perfect indentations for can holders, like i can only assume that's what they are. One on each side.

One of my friends is actually sleeping in the back cabin of our truck for one night. Fucking useless, none of these people camp ay, I'll show 'em! My pool friends aren't campers, to be honest it's a random grand final celebration trip/party.

I realized in Europe they use the words tray and boot for automobiles..... we say box instead of tray.... proper redneck would not say Trey why is Google spelling Trey like it's a name what the f***
