    Also we must remember something else very important; the current law is far from being perfect in that, what may be considered "illegal" in one country may not be regarded as the same in another.

    A line must be drawn somewhere, yes. However, there are certain instances where the "law" simply takes things too far, resulting in those undeserving of punishment to become punished. After all these centuries of artistic nudity and sexuality depicted in literature, decades of sex featured/included in film and on TV, all the "modern and comprehensive" sex education, not to mention the politically correct message of "positive body image" a la 21st century, society is still so deathly afraid of sex, sexual organs, nudity, and/or any matter that revolves around them.
