Trump can stop whining and participate.

But, in his mind, he might be treated unfairly, so he will probably choose to continue whining.

Trump Faces Deadline As Judiciary Panel Schedules Impeachment Hearing

    excerpt:

"I have also written to President Trump to remind him that the committee's impeachment inquiry rules allow for the President to attend the hearing and for his counsel to question the witness panel," Nadler said in the letter.

Continued the chairman: "At base, the president has a choice to make: he can take this opportunity to be represented in the impeachment hearings, or he can stop complaining about the process. I hope that he chooses to participate in the inquiry, directly or through counsel, as other presidents have done before him."

Friday December 13th, 2019 is an important date for Donald Trump and all Americans. The Supreme Court will review Trump's appeal and decide if they want it or not. If they protect Trump then America as we knew it is history. If they rule against Trump, he's off to be judged by Gerry Nadler & CO.

Understanding the Two Mazars Subpoena Cases Before the Supreme Court [UPDATED to reflect 11/25 stay of mandate]
    by Marty Lederman
    November 25, 2019

Understanding the Two Mazars Subpoena Cases Before the Supreme Court

    excerpt:

"What is the Court Likely to Do?

Because the merits of Trump’s objections in the two cases are so weak, I hope that, if the Court ever reaches the merits, it will unanimously reject the claims, just as it did in United States v. Nixon and in Clinton v. Jones, both of which involved claims about protecting the President’s functions that were more compelling than those Trump raises here.

But will the Court grant the certiorari petitions—and, before that, Trump’s application for a stay of the mandate in the Mazars case?

I agree with Steve Vladeck that it would not be at all surprising if the Court, simply as a matter of comity to the President, grants the motion to stay the mandate. [UPDATE: It did so.] Nor would I be surprised if the Court, for the same reason, grants the petitions themselves. If it does so, it would be a mistake to read too much into such grants: As I explained above, the Court should still reject the claims on their merits, as it did unanimously in Nixon and in Jones."

And they matter exactly as much as you do.

It must be difficult for you to have to share your country with people who are inferior to you.

You cannot share a country with people who debate the definition of honesty.

    Impeachment is a flop.
    Wisconsin hates it.

African American support for the prez is on the rise.

The Democrat Party has no candidate that can win against an incumbent with a booming economy.

I’m flipping between CNN and MSNBC for the comedy factor. They’ve fallen off a cliff and are flapping their wings desperately. Again.

A lot can happen in a year but as of today....

Trump has the most steady approval rating for Presidents since Roosevelt, about 42%.

G.W. Bush had a consistent downward skid from 90% just after the 9/11 attack to 30% near the end of his second term.

The steadiness of Trump's approval may be due to the lack of any major national conflicts, crises, or emergencies (other than the ones he fabricates). Other presidents have had to grapple with major wars, large economic downturns, and a terror attack. .

It leaves to the imagination what Trump's approval rating might be in the wake of a significant national problem compared to the 42% he's had during favorable conditions.

We might also speak of the steadiness of disapproval:around 53% throughout his presidency, since day one. That's also a record.

By who you hate, by this are you truly known, which is why Donald Duck is both loved and despised, because Americans could not possibly be more dysfunctional, with one in five insisting the sun revolves around the earth and over half debating the definition of stupid and who is the best example. Hate is all they have left, because they refuse to share their words and play nice.

There are two senses in which this is true: (1) moral standing: all humans have an equal right to respect and concern, just by being alive and human. At least, that foundational belief is the best theoretical elaboration of our strong moral intuitions about liberty and equality. (R.Dworkin; J.Rawls) (2) democratic theory: universal adult suffrage is generally accepted as the basis of contemporary democracy. There is one sense, though in which it is definitely not true: the worth of opinions. Ignorant, uniformed opinions are not nearly as valuable as informed, educated ones. One opinion isn't necessarily as good as another.

In the meanwhile, Trump praised Conan the al-Baghdadi Raid Hero dog at the White House, and referred to the dog as a male, but the dog is in fact a female.

The white house shot back at the press releasing a statement saying that Conan was in fact a male, only to be rebuffed by the Defense Department who said the Conan is in fact a girl.

Lol…You can’t make this stuff up.

I’d swear Trump’s elevator doesn’t go to the top floor, his attic is a little dusty, doesn’t have all of his groceries in one bag, his little red choo choo done jumped the tracks...ha, ha, ha..
