I don't know about degrees but I had the inevitable one when our daughter was born. I didn't have any problems with anal sex. It even made it better from what I could tell. If You are under a doctor's care for it I would say talk to her/him before you do anything. But before having a penis in your ass you'd benefit from some "training" first anyway.
