    It is the policy of HipForums to NOT lock old threads just because they are old. If it's uninteresting it will drop by the wayside. If it is of note and interesting people will respond. It's like living in a society run by consumerism... if it is good it will be used, if not people will not use it. Let the site members decide!

    so why does it keep happening then? ************'s "challenge accepted" bump was locked before i even saw it, and i was online at the time it happened. and i've noticed for a while now, anytime an old thread gets more than a couple replies it ends up locked with no comment as to why.
