Hey, I use a Fender 100w amp with 2-12 speakers, and I've noticed the sound gets kind of muddy and unclear sounding as it gets louder(which is the opposite of what I want). Does anyone know any effects pedals that could help with this?
Also, what are some cool pedals that you know/use?

If the sound is already muddy there isn't alot a pedal is going to do. I guess you could try a trebal booster, or a wah all the way down (a la Page) but.....

this really sounds like an amp problem, specifically a speaker problem. Your money would likely be much much better spent buying a new set of speakers. If you want more clarity/mids and treble I'd suggest buying a nice set of Celestion AlNiCO Blues or a like copy (Weber makes a GREAT speaker, and its a great company ;) )

I second the celestion alnico blues... also, you could throw in a nice set of greenbacks or jensens.

Is it a tube amp (I suspect not)... if it is, get new tubes.

Usually, cheaper amps and even cheaper fenders are prone to uncontolled distortion at high volume. You need a tube amp for a nicer cleaner sound or at least something with a tube preamp... with a little overdrive... Ibanez TS-808 Tubescreamer. Something like a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe is nice...
