1.9% GDP is anemic growth. It's identical to inflation.

Mueller did find and Barr did not allow the found information to be in a conclusion. Barr protected Trump.

I think the problem I have with "the economy" is the types of jobs that are being offered aren't full time with benefits. You need to work two jobs at 30 hours a week to make $40,000 a year type of a thing. I don't claim those numbers to be actually true/accurate but as an example you probably get the gist. It's problematic to not have a 9 to 5 with benefits. No insurance coverage. No retirement stuff pension 401k or IRA.

Most jobs created nowadays are either service oriented jobs, or jobs in the gig economy. At some time, AI will replace them all. The jobless rate will then soar. People ithout a skill, or advanced degree will be sol.

I think there are going to be strategies discussed; social programming if you will, that will attempt to provide those who lose out with compensation. I don't know how we will pay for such a thing, but I imagine it will be necessary if AI is as prevalent as some predictions.

AI already accounts for over 40% of all Wall Street transactions, meaning Wall Street trading will soon be limited to those who can afford the latest and greatest technology, and their computers will be faster and more efficient than people. At that point, there's not a lot of speculation possible, and swings in the stock market will become much less severe. Currently, over 90% of the world economy is in speculation such as the stock markets, and automating them will mean people have no choice but to invest more of their money into each other, and the AI will be invaluable in making those investments as well. Einstein said, "Creativity is more important than knowledge" and our economy is about to become much more creative as the only alternative to monopolies and oligopolies running everything into the dirt.

Basically, everything you know is about to become self-organizing in ways you never thought possible.

A year out from the 2020 election, nearly half of Americans want Trump impeached and removed, new NBC/WSJ poll says

    excerpt:

"About half of Americans now want Congress to impeach President Donald Trump and remove him from office, up slightly from a month ago, a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll shows.

In the Democratic primary race the poll showed former Vice President Joe Biden leading Sen. Elizabeth Warren by 27% to 23%, with Sen. Bernie Sanders in third place with 19%.

In a hypothetical general election matchup, Biden leads Trump by 50% to 41%, and Warren holds a nearly identical 50%-42% edge."

    Here's what we know:
    1. Campaign finance violations are a crime.
    2.
    3. Quid Pro Quo is not needed to prove a crime in this case. Intent is all that's needed.
    4. Trump confirmed he withheld taxpayer, congressionally approved aid to Ukraine.
    5. Trump asked Ukraine for "a favor" to look into the Bidens and Crowdstrike after he withheld the money in July 25 phone call.
    6. "senior White House officials had intervened to 'lock down' all records of the phone call,".
    7. In June 2019 Trump admitted he would accept foreign help against political rivals.
    8. Rudy Giuliani, Trump's personal lawyer, has been pushing Ukraine to investigate the Bidens.
    9. Serhiy Leshchenko confirmed that,
    10.
    11.
    12. Trump lied about the transcript of the July 25 phone call.
    13. ...and I'm getting tored of this.
The evidence is overwhelming and I've just begun to list it all...and I omitted tons.

Now technically you're right Trump is guilty until proven guilty but that's like catching a bank robber with his hands in the tiller.
Technically he isn't guilty until his day in court.....but he's guilty.

Finally it doesn't really matter if hew committed a crime or not, the House has the Constitutional obligation to investigate whether a crime is has been committed and Trump can be impeached and removed from office by Congress even if he didn't commit a crime.[/QUOTE]

Over a trillion dollars was invested in AI last year alone, while Google claims to have achieved quantum supremacy, meaning even the experts don't know what comes next, but its coming soon. Its what they call disruptive technology, and the entire world economy and ecology may have to collapse before they find the political will to change everything from the bottom up. It is what Rainbow Warriors call Childhood's End, but nobody ever said puberty was fun.

This is actually a win for trump as his base hates Californians. California does need some rain. Normally, we get summer thunderstorms in the mountains, and deserts. Didn't happen this year.

Donald Duck is not just any citizen, he is the president of the US who is legally empowered by congress to torture and kill anyone without even so much as having to inform them, and he also has the nuclear football. He is the most powerful man in the world, and the idea that the most powerful man in the world is not accountable to both congress and the judicial system, by whatever standards they wish to hold him accountable, is absurd. Either he represents law and order, supporting both congress and the judicial system, or he is attempting to overthrow our government. Either he is emperor of the fucking world, or he works for our government, and if the people don't like their government, too fucking bad. Donald Duck is no substitute.

Society is told to believe that people are innocent until proven guilty, but you know as well as I do that if someone is arrested, or had charges brought against them, they are assumed guilty.

Forget that bullshit, Donald Duck is supposed to be a public servant, and if congress sees fit to fire him for being grossly incompetent and untrustworthy any damned fool in the world can see why! Congress writes the damned laws and if people don't like it, they can kiss my ass. They elected the bastards! Impeaching him can be simply congress saying he has a vote of "no confidence" and has to go, because he doesn't play nice with others. We have an impeachment process for a reason, and if people insist on overthrowing congress, I suggest buying a lot more guns and ammo. By the time you get enough ammo together, the pentagon's next gen swarm bots should be ready, which means they'll need an excuse to use the old ones.

The south shall rise again! At least onto its knees. The Pentagon can fit an estimated 40,000 drones on a single semi-truck. Waco would be over in seconds, and anyone holding a weapon would be dead or incapacitated. The pentagon already has the ability to look through walls and has bullets that will follow you around a corner. Now they are breaking out the Star Trek technology, and good luck trying to keep up. For better or for worse, this is the government we have, pathetic as it is, and we have gots to make it here! Donald Duck is not helping, and is the consummate loose cannon on deck. Don't let anybody ever tell you karma isn't a bitch!
