I'd think with a music fan-base like yours you'd have a bit more respect for the range of Beck, or have you just heard Sea Change, closed your ears and eyes and mind, and huffed with your arms crossed? Beck references so many artists that gave base for the ones you say you respect, and he's gained the respect of some of the most talented of artists in the industry. Try diversifying your listening range friend, I quite dig all the shit you listen to, but there's more music out there than that spectrum you're in.
