Which author would you love to wake up beside after a lost weekend of emotions and intimacy? Sylvia Plath is mine. Does anyone else have a favorite? I expect some Coupland answers ha
strange question, considering that the last thing i'm thinking about when i read a book is whether or not the author is fuckable. however...if i had to choose...i wouldn't mind being locked up in a hotel with zadie smith, the author of White Teeth. www.lulu.com/philipporras
Terry Tempest Williams -- something wonderful about the way she writes about her erotic connection to the land
i dno it would be the shit to know jd salinger or ernest hemminway. But i bet i would have amazing discussions with some of the transendentalists like Emerson
I tried to get into Coupland's 'Generation X', but it didn't connect with me. It especially didn't connect on an intimate level. Who does connect? Joyce Carrol Oats connects very intimately. Also, Janet Fitch of 'White Oleander' fame definitely connects on a very intimate level.
Annais Ninn! I can't think of any writter who could possibly be as sensually intimate as lovely Annais!
i'd have to say Haruki Murakami, not particularly hot but i love his mind, and i want to get it on with most of his main characters: Emotionally lost men in their early thirties. YUMYUM!
good choice!! i want to get in on with most of his supporting characters: emotionally fragile young women obsessed with american culture and the paranormal.
This is an EASY Question for me. SUE GRAFTON! The A-Whatever letter she is up to Mystery series. "A Is for Aliby" etc...
Federico Garcia Lorca.. my favorite Spanish playwright and poet. Forget the fact that he was gay and I definatly don't have the right equipment. I could definatly make him swing my way.
Tom Robbins was gorgeous in his day, oh that smile..lol but i think we'd hit it off great, oh sure...
