Is there anyway I can change my cat's sleeping patterns.....She sleeps all day and when it's bed time for me she wants to play. She'll meow all night right outside my bedroom door and will do so on and off all night until i get up. When i wake up she gets in her chair and goes to sleep...it is highly annoying..
I just let my cat sleep with me. Her food, toys, water, and litter box are all in my bedroom, so there's no need to bother me.
My cat is a kitten and refused to sleep with me she wants to run around and get into every little thing...I know eventually she'll grow up and get to be a lazy cat.
Ohh... LOL! I would seriously invest in one of those toy mice that hang from the door entrance and a kitty hut and LOTS of toys. especially little fuzzy mice that come in packs with multiples. My brothers also used to play a game with our cats called, "Don't Go To Sleep" where you wake them from their sweet slumber during the day.
Try having a bit of a play session with your cat before its time for you to go to bed. That might tire her out some. Perhaps leave some toys out for her.... little rolley balls or something that she would be able to entertain herself with without you having to play with her.
Or get a toy that she can playwith by herself, aside from a ball... like a toy that hangs from a string off of a door... Other than Elle sugestion to play before you go to bed.. Get used to it.. They grow out of it.. My cat when she was a kitten would wake me up in the middle of the night to play... but biting my nose one fange up each nostril.. boy did it hurt.... she grew out of it through
