I always have a mild depression around this time of the year. I think it's because my brain has been conditioned to feel sad from years of going back to school around mid to late Ausgust

 

I think I'm feeling it a bit too and I'm not going to watch much Football this season, so I got to look forward to Oakland A's getting bounced out of an early round of the playoffs if they make it.

 

i'm tired of summer and i'm thrilled it's ending soon.

 

I just registered for the international Majors 400 mile race at Michigan next weekend. It has a long drawn out qualifying system. One of my team mates is also competing so hopefully he'll pitch me a setup to use.

 

Team boss is going to try and use some American connections to get a decent setup. Cool. I don't really like Michigan Speedway it just never felt right to me, even when watching on TV. It's too big. Too wide. And with today's rule package they don't even need to brake. That just ain't NASCAR. So having a really fast setup is going to be key because it's basicky foot flat until the tyres wear out.

There are no words adequate to say how I HELL HATE his fucking summer heat...and I am beyond glad that HOPEFULLY TO GOD this awful heat is going to start going down soon. gahhh

 

I hate winter...

 

I haven't really minded this summer. I'm usually not a fan but I've been getting very achy and stiff in colder weather and the heat just loosens everything up for me. It's the best feeling to walk outside in the heat after being in a chilly office all day

 

yeah i'm not saying i'll prefer winter. i just want to get to the end of the work season and away.
then i'm actually going to new zealand so it will be summer again. but far far away where i can forget all this shit perhaps.
