There is one thing that I have always been talented with, but it is not your typical art media. I create things out of Legos. I know your saying that the sets all come with instructions, but I do not follow them. I scrap them down to make my own designs. Although I never sell any of them, can this be considered a form of art?

I've definitely seen some amazing things done with legos. It definitely qualifies as art.

ya the pic-age is more than a necessity friend.

And you certainly are an artist, anyone who molds any aspect of life into something represenative of something they have felt, thought, or felt like thinking, is an artist.

Well in my humble old opinon

ya, its considered design. you can go to school for it and get really good--believe it or not, art schools do teach something...and make some money doing it as a job, if you really like it. i know some people in advertising and they always need people who are good at design work. keep at it! its definately a form of art. people who paint or draw or even sing, have to do some form of designing in order for the finished product to turn out alright. i always design my artwork from top to bottom. i'd like to see some of your work. the gallery link on your post listed as unavailable. you could probably post some up there. i bet its awesome.

    peace, love and happiness,

it sure is! I saw a design makeover show where the woman actually decorated her entire living room with Legos, she make a "grandfather clock" out of Legos, she even had a giant Lego head. pretty nifty.

sure man, art is anything you want it to be!
the dictionary says art is "the products of human creativity" and i'd agree with that, i would also say that art is what you have inside your head, out!
:D lets see some pics :D

sure you can be an artist by making stuff with legos, long as your good at it. iv seen people make giant spheres out of cubes with indentations, thats art.
