Winchester - Think this was a ‘netflix’ film. It’s on Netflix anyway. Fun ghost house romp, pretty much exactly what I was after. Love this genre of ‘easy watch horror with a light dash of mystery’. Scooby Doo for adults :D

Film itself was very watchable. The final sequences were dragged on a bit too long but I’d still recommend as a light, fun watch.

That description appeals to me :) I noticed it on Netflix but not sure and didn't got around to it anyway yet. But its moving up my list now

I think its about the family Winchester that's behind the weapon of the same name. Not sure the weapon itself plays a role :p (but telling it could be a spoiler)

The original or remake...or both? I saw the original when I was a kid, and I've wondered if the remake was any better.

Midsommar. Absolutely excellent film. I’ve don’t remember ever seeing Florence Pugh in anything before but I think she’s an excellent actor.
