Here too last night. I anticipated it as well (going in afternoon by bicycle to the train, sleep somewhere, return to bike next day, chill at friend in village, cycle 'home ' at parents place at night). Normally i have a jacket in a bicycle bag for the nightly journey home. Now i thought why bother. But the wind was quite chilly at midnight. Still, was close to 17C though and bearable. But this is a fine way to catch a cold in summer here Today: warm morning starting with 17C, rising to 21C but temps stagnating in the afternoon around that 21C. Ah well, can't have it subtropic every day
I believe you are an extreme continental climate lover where hottest and coldest month average temperature difference is no less than 30°C.
This is actually useful. Programming lessons teach it as (9 / 5) * c + 32 and while there is a reason they teach it like that, the 1.8 thing is way easier to remember
I wish it was 17 here at night. It is almost 12 ( night) and the temperature is 21°C at 74% humidity here. Still too warm to sleep. The window is open but there is no cool weather getting inside. None.
It's 22*C and beautiful. The rays between clouds be beaming down on my black jeans it feels really good.
summer weather is annoying and inconvenient and i'd rather have eternal springtime for ever. even winter with its storms is more entertaining. blue skies do invite cabin fever and make me wish where i live had easier and cheaper public transportation to neighboring communities both great and small. granted the nearest is more then 30 miles. which is no big thing if you indenture yourself to a car and it runs reliably. but 15 miles from anywhere in the middle of a desert, isn't someplace you want one to break down. yes its fine outside and the buses are even free this week, but this city offers nothing more enticing to me then sitting here in front of this thing. though i'm already needing to restock on groceries.
