I've got the whole food pyramid in for breakfast today.
    • Shrimp and cheesy grits with hickory bacon, spinach, garlic, tomatoes.
    • Greek yogurt with granola bowl, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, honey.
    • French pressed coffee.

I've been on a mass diet last 3 days being sick I've not really even eaten a solid meal just a small meal each day.

I got really hungry before after play and made us a open hot dog roll with scrambled eggs w/ cheese, avocado and bacon with some tobasco hot sauce.

Even though it has been the illness keeping us from earing, I kind of have a new appreciation for not eating. It's taken my body a while but now that it's digest everything, it left me very gassy so I've had to like, draw all the air up and burp it out. :flushed: now I feel good and I think I've lost a dress size. It's a very liberating feeling.

    Veggie omelette this morning
Nothing else most of the day

Then, took my parents out for a Father's day celebration, and had yummy grilled chicken wings with this tangy buffalo sauce. We ordered banana pudding for dessert. I will need to workout twice as long tomorrow. :frowning:

Yeah, but fusion is just a cool way of saying you are using leftovers.

The pic you posted, looks delicious, but also just looks like someome mixed Friday nights paella with the half pack of fettucine thats been sitting in the pantry for a month

    ;)

Ever since I moved out of the city, I really miss having a Peruvian and a Lebanese restaurant within close vicinity.

Then again, maybe I should stop bitching about it and learn how to cook a good dish like that myself.

I'd open a restaurant, but I'm afraid I'd have my life ruined by a sociopathic journalist for stealing someone else's culture.

I had 4 slices of vegemite on toast with proper butter and turkish coffee made at home this morning.

And it is weird how growing up with vegemite as a kid is fused into your brain. Quite often, usually sundays like this morning, nothing else is going to do it except vegemite on toast with butter for breakfast (not bloody margarine) .

Woke up this morning just totally thinking about vegemite from the get go

Home made french onion soup, and you put a couple dollops of vegemite in there, then a little swirl of sour cream when you serve.

Its tha bomb....I might make that next sunday

Glad you were able to have an evening out with your parents. Sadly, that can NOT happen on my end for too many reasons.

ME? One can only bounce between McDonald's or Chick-Fil-A every so often. A "dinner" of two packs of oatmeal isn't exactly filling either. :(

I wish we still had a Quiznos around here. They closed every restaurant in my state.
