Anyway, at first instance I'd agree, but what does it matter if a tree gets peed on all afternoon or just the ground around it, which gets soaked. Doesn't matter for the tree

I am like that? Pretty much a several hundred km radius of my home any direction and I know where I can stop to pee and not be disgusted...cities in large towns have hospitals ...all hospitals have like 50 washrooms
Another bonus is I am a man so I can actually pee in a cup on the highway at high speeds most my girlfriend can do is hold the cup for me an nag me to make a stop for her

The autoflush saves us from touching a handle that someone before us touched after wiping ass and before washing hands.

Pissing outdoors is nonintrusive and sanitary as long as it's spread out. Repeated pissing in one spot builds objectionable odor.

In a washroom, washing ones hands initially prior to peeing allows avoiding touching ones penis with dirty hands. Personally, I like to keep my penis clean and ready for whatever.

I also strive to dress so that I can pee hands-free. I can ususlly pee outside in public without anyone realizing I'm peeing.

 

Oh yes, I couldn't wash my hands either.

Besides, that's a little bit weird... the idea of the toilet only flushing when you're opening the door, while keeping your fingers crossed that it WILL actually flush.

I never sit. I always squat over public toilets.

 

I've never done that. I regard being able to pee standing already as a bonus. I rather make a stop and find a nice tree.

In the park there are indeed only so many trees that you can pee behind totally unseen. Which is why certain trees are used for this a lot more
So its excellent they placed such a free public bathroom thingie in my park (it's MINE!) as well about 2 years ago.
Drag is on the only summer day this year so far I was chilling there, there were already lines in front of it

Gotta keep a pee jar in the vehicle! The key is to have a fully sealing top to eliminate spilling. You could be alone, and if she's there she needn't hold it. They make these dedicated cup/funnel things for women that would allow her to use the pee jar too.
Jelly/jam jar, Gatorade bottle...
In my early twenties I installed a piece of garden hose through one of those plastic plug holes in the floor pan. :-o

 

You could also just pull over for a minute and pee at full leisure.

 

Plan your pit stops.

I know it sounds simple but if you or your other half can't hold your pee and you are traveling make it every second town you go through that you have a toilet stop.
If there isn't any toilets around and you need them for a number two for example then take a bucket with you.
If you need to pee and you are out of town make sure you don't get caught by the cops.
Public urination is frowned upon everywhere.
