my sister has been dealing with depression since the beginning of time.. and my mom never has time to deal with anything besides it.. for the past 3 years ive told her that ive felt terribly depressed (it runs in my family like an ass) and she never does anything about it even though she says she will.. but she always has to deal with my sisters problems first it seems..
first of all.. learn to understand your negative thoughts and actively change them. learn to understand that life can suck and you cant change everything and just do the best you can. enjoy the small things. find things you love to do and do them. learn some deep breathing excercises... do them often. meditate. do yoga. stretch. get some physical excercise. if you still need help... call to a counselor. i wish you and your sister well.
