It is really damn windy. Something wicked comes this way

 

Here's some video of a tornado from 2016 that went over my place of employment. After it passed us it hit the ground at the car dealership down the street. We were all in our tornado 'safe place' (the men's room) when it went overhead. The power went out and we could hear the roof popping and our ears started popping too from the pressure change. It was nerve racking.

 

I've been working behind the scenes support on a local event we had yesterday.

They still do line dancing at some country bar my daughter's friend plays at.

A friend of mine talked me into selling our stuff at a flea market. Busted my ass setting up shop for a mere $26 today. It was a tough crowd and people wanted our handmade and collectors items for nothing. What people don’t understand is that not every vendor at a flea market is emptying out their junk drawers; some of us actually work hard to make real quality product.

 

I've worked a few markets before, wouldn't call them flea markets technically but same idea more or less. They can be hit or miss, there are so many variables that come into play, like where you're located, the frequency of the markets, whether there are other events in the area going on that day, etc.

I got my first ever Grateful Dead CD at a flea market. True Story

 

Damn! Sounds like you guys got a little lucky! I don't think I've ever experienced a pressure change like that from a tornado.

Edit to say....I've been near a few tornadoes but maybe not close enough to experience that pressure change.
