What's Happening???

Made this homemade black bean soup tonight. Carrots, onions, celery, green chilis, black beans, vegetable stock, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Blend together with an immersion blender. Avocado toast on the side. I'm stuffed.

Just did first mid section workout for the year I'm really happy. I'm going to be sore but it's a start. Summer bod here we come.

I'm hoping the exercise can clear my head for a little bit I got my trademark stress mark on my nose between my eyes which happens I'm really all over the place. Like a perfect upside down triangle between my eyes.

 

Just went for a nice drive, there's a road known for bikes and sports cars and I took the truck out on it. Was about 90mph most times but got over 100 on straights, ran into a Harley in front of, well not into him but you know, and I just tagged him. Gave him a run for his money though I'm sure he wasn't pushing. We came to one right hand bend I completely miss judged the apex ran wide it just kept going and going, left tires screeching I could see nobody was coming the other way so I just kept my foot in it, made it around, then we caught slower cars and ruined our fun. Was cold and dry, so Max grip.

 

A couple of days ago, my wife was petting the female cat and the male dog.

Wife: It seems like a cat only wants to be touched in a certain way at a certain time. You can pet a dog anywhere anytime and it's happy.
