What would you do if your state of mental health, was real bad, you've got some time, can't go anywhere and the option of drugs is non existent. Any suggestions, stupid or not?
Listen to some music, read a book, write something, play a video game, have a friend over, watch a movie... the options are endless.
What if your mind was stuck, you can't do anything, when you try you find yourself sucked into your own mind, thinking about the meaning of life but not actually thinking about anything, stuck in a depressed surreal state, Then what would you do
How can one possibly know what they would do in such a situation? I understand how most of the Hipforum posterite would know, but what about the rest of us?!
Sounds trite but you might try improving your diet and excercising. Vitamins and amino acids always put me in a much better mood.
