hey, long haired gurls (and guys), what's your fave way to wear your hair

i usually just put it in a bun, so it stays out of my face. nothing earth shattering.

 

I like whenever I shower (which is not as often as it probably should LOL) to not brush my hair bc then it is really curl/wavy/messy and it has lots of volume on top. I also braid my hair a lot. And then of course, low pigtails or a ponytail. I LOVE LONG HAIR!!!!!

But mostly down! Let it fly in the breeze and get caugt in the trees! Get a home for the fleas in my hair! ...

 

i usually pull my hair back.. twist it into a bun.. sort of just tie it in a knot and it'll stay. sometimes i'll make it into two buns.

 

I have my hair down past my butt, so I wear it in about 30 braids. I can keep it like that for 2 weeks to a month before the frizzies on top start to take over.

 

i have really really kinky curly hair that's very thick and volume-y that's almost to my boobs and i usually wear it down, or in messy loose braids, or down with a couple of small braids and beads!

 

I wear my hair down most of the time, thats why I have it long anyway.

 

i usually have it in a thrown-up bun with a head wrap or i wear a tam..

I wish my hair was long enough to have a braid down to my waist... I think that would be really cool..

 

I usually just wear mine in a ponytail like you see in the sig, but I'd love to learn to braid it myself. Is there a really easy way of doing it? I tried the thing where you put one hand under it to divide it, but I got two big sections and one teeny tiny one, so I dunno... maybe it just takes practice. In a ponytail, it hangs down just a bit below my shoulder blades, so I guess it would be almost easier to braid longer hair. How do you make a bun that's not messy? I'm so... hair-illiterate if that makes sense.

I always wear it down, either totally free or combed back with hairspray. Sometimes I put beads in it, and for a while I had three very thin braids with beads in them, only on the right side of my head.

I really dislike ponytails, buns, pigtails or normal braids. I don't want anything on my head that feels tight or whatever. Can't stand it.

I'm an guy and don't have long hair but I've always liked the pig tail look. Just something about pigtails.

 

when its clean, i have it down and beautiful and straight as it is naturally = P
and when its not clean, i tie it back

 

my husband loves it when I wear my hair in pigtails.

 

I either wear my hair down or in a pony tail. I've never been real good at styling my hair, yet I refuse to cut it short.

If I'm going to wear it down, though, I do run a straightening iron over all of my hair. Its a pain in the ass and takes about 20-30 minutes, but the results are phenominal. I have really thick, frizzy hair and the straightening iron makes my hair sleek and frizz-free.

down....as messy and full of hairspray as possible.

 

I get horrible head aches if I wear my hair anything-but down, unless there is -no- tension. I have no choice :&
