It's snowing here and I've got a cold. How's everybody?

All good here. It was raining earlier but it has stopped for now. It's supposed to keep on intermittently until sometime next week. I've done my obligatory walking for the day. Fitbit registers at 10,000 steps at least (I know because it alerts me when I've reached that point). I actually dodged the drops for awhile and went walking outside in the fresh air. I feel like air is a little more oxygenated after it rains.

 

Hey Glen. Shame coming down. Hope it's a happy Sunday for you anyway.

 

I got the rain overnight, it was pleasant. Something about listening to the rain at night calms me.

I have too much vodka and now I don't feel well.

you really believe that ? Fair enough , but for anyone really interested in my toilet arrangements I normally get up at about 6 am for a pee

 

I'm having a bit of a nervous episode. Sometimes it all gets a bit too much.

 

Basically I'm pranged.

What cause?

 

I get these attacks now and again. I start tripping out on some worrying thought, some little germ of doubt in my mind, and before I know it I feel inside out.

I have experienced similar.
You'll be alright. I'd suggest things I'd do but that sometimes is really annoying from people who don't know you well enough and so suggest stupid things.
